This promotion is in addition to any existing vendor promotions, allowing you to maximize your savings.

   Eligible clinics will be contacted with instructions on how to choose and claim their reward.

• Eligibility:

  • This promotion is exclusively for registered dental clinics in Canada.
  • Purchases must be made through orchidents.com during the promotion period.

• Reward Structure:

  • Spend $200 CAD and receive a $20 CAD gift card.
  • Spend $300 CAD and receive a $30 CAD gift card.
  • Spend $500 CAD and receive a $50 CAD gift card.
  • Spend $700 CAD and receive a $70 CAD gift card.
  • Spend $1,000 CAD and receive a $100 CAD gift card.
  • Spend $2,000 CAD and receive a $200 CAD gift card.

• Gift Card Details:

  • Customers will be able to choose their gift card from a selection of participating companies.
  • Within 15 business days after the purchase period ends, customers who meet the spending criteria will receive an email from Orchid Dental Needs. This email will provide instructions on how to select their preferred gift card from the available options.
  • E-gift cards will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during their registration on orchidents.com.
  • Orchid Dental Needs reserves the right to substitute gift cards of equal value if necessary.

• Vendor Promotions:

  • This promotion is valid in conjunction with any existing vendor promotions on orchidents.com.
  • Customers can benefit from both vendor discounts and Orchid Dental Needs gift card rewards.

• Order Requirements:

  • Total spend is calculated on the net value of purchases (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees).
  • Orders must be completed and paid for within the promotion period.
  • Orders that are canceled, returned, or refunded will not be included in the total spend calculation.

• Redemption:

  • As stated in point 3, customers who meet the spending criteria will receive an email from Orchid Dental Needs within 15 business days after the purchase period ends, containing instructions on how to select and redeem their gift card.
