Yes! Our platform allows you to purchase from multiple vendors in one order, making your procurement process easier and more efficient.
After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details from the vendor. You can also monitor your order’s progress in the Orders section of your dashboard.
We securely process payments using Stripe, accepting major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other secure payment methods.
Vendors are responsible for shipping, product exchanges, and returns. Since we operate on a drop-shipping model, the vendor will handle all logistics directly. For any concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team.
